• As Chair of St.Joseph Secondary School, I played a key role in increasing the number of parent involvement from 5 to 85 and sometimes more. I was instrumental in working through the Mississauga Traffic Safety Council to improve the safety of students, vehicles, pedestrians and general public in front of the school and within the school boundaries.

• As a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, I was instrumental in developing a detailed proposal to establish a "Knights Table" in Mississauga to cater to the less fortunate.
